Examples include furnaces used in the implementation of thermoelectric processes up to 1700 °C. Air and inert gas heaters; feedthrough assembly ceramic-metal for vacuum high pressure and high temperature; high technology brazed assemblies components; mineral insulated cables for heating and energy transport of long lengths with copper - cuproNikel stainless steel and Inconel sheath to be used to 900°C; power cables high security with mineral insulation for power supply; thermocouples mineral insulated with metallic sheath stainless and Inconel. Materials for industrial furnace and heating elements: wires and strip in metallic resistance alloys NiCr (80% Ni - 20 Cr) and Fer CrAl; custom made heating elements in wire and stripe according to drawings; ceramic support for heating elements, radiant tube and electric candle with high power diameter 80 to 200 mm, ceramic fiber module made under vacuum with heating element (temp. to 1150°C), silicon carbide heating elements to 1600°C very long element 3 meters without sagging, molybdenum disilicide heating elements to 1700°C. |
